Time Passages

Well, the weekend was survived, if only just. I was mentally and physically under the weather, which seemed to finally clear up when I got up yesterday. Got much less done than expected over that time, but life goes on.

I did manage to food shop on Monday and catch up to some extent on laundry. That is reasonable.

Bank of America was less than clueful and almost caused me a small nervous breakdown confusing one of my accounts as belonging to jetshade. This was resolved yesterday and the rep not only fixed things, but admitted that it was their fault. Last night I delivered neo_blackwolf's old computer to his mom's after meeting an old co-worker for dinner (we get together every month or so). Got home, finished laundry and some straightening up, marinated some steak for tonight's dinner (some in mesquite, some in honey teriyaki). Also read the bulk of the Liaden Universe Companion, Volume One. Great stuff. I have the second one on pre-order already. :)

Tonight is the draft for the fantasy baseball league I am in at work, followed by dinner with stevie_stever coming to visit Neo and me. Good times will be had by all. Sadly, Neo is once again behind on his homework...so his version of a good time will involve much working on said homework.

Mmm...only another 30 minutes to eat lunch. I think I'll get back to focusing on my food. ;)
